CARDIOSYSBASIC improved with blood pressure (non-invasive blood pressure, NIBP) monitoring allows the observation of vascular responses occurring simultaneously with the cardiac effects. The examination can be carried out in monitoring or in resting Holter mode with predetermined time base, depending on the setup.
The system – depending on the accessories – can be applied for examination of adults or children, and is available in installed and portable versions.
All systems are supported by the same software background, thus the users need not learn new skills when changing to another version.
The measuring and analyzing software uses Windows, the most popular OS, which makes the application and the learning of this system easier. This significantlysimplifies the recording process of the patients’ personal data, the storage and export of the measurement results, and their display, at any time.

How can it help?
NIBP measurement (applicable both in manual or resting Holter modes) offers outstanding benefits for the examination of the patients.
In manual mode, blood pressure measurement can be carried out automatically, together with the cardiac examination of the patient. Results of the measurements are stored and can be printed out at the same time. This way the examination requires significantly less time, and archiving the data helps the follow-up of patients. Due to archiving the data, results of the measurements are continuously available, and additionally, can be post-evaluated at any time.
In resting Holter mode, a highly mobile guarding function is included in the system. This function can be advantageously used in the following fields:
- Observation of athletes after doing exercise,
- Observation of patients after catheter interventions,
- Mobile guarding in polyclinics
