MDE provides a comprehensive solution for in vitro pharmacology/physiology experiments. To ensure the smooth operation of our systems, we offer reliable amplifiers for measuring force, pressure, temperature, and action potentials. All amplifiers are equipped with analog output and fixed-value calibration signals to enhance their flexibility for use with different DAQ systems. To broaden the range of scientific areas where our solution can be applied, we also offer reliable stimulator electronics to better serve our clients. While all electronics can be used standalone, we recommend consulting with us regarding the intended usage and desired setup to better support your goals. 

The analog amplifiers are available in one-, two-, three-, and four-channel designs, developed to receive and amplify signals from a pressure sensor with low noise and a high filtration level. It has a fixed 1 mV calibration signal for easier calibration to any DAQ system. A factory-calibrated pressure sensor is available for each channel. The amplifier could be customized to amplify signals from any analog blood pressure sensor. It has a fixed 450 mV calibration signal for easier calibration to any DAQ system. A wide range of factory-calibrated temperature sensors is available for each channel. The analog amplifier is produced in one-, two-, three-, and four-channel designs, specifically designed to record the standard (I-II-III) ECG signal. It has a fixed 1 mV calibration signal for easier calibration to any DAQ system. The low-noise design, high-pass notch filter, and input diode defibrillator protection make the measurement convenient for any species used in biological experiments (mouse, rat, dog, pig, etc.). There is a wide range of factory-calibrated patient cables for ECG measurement on different species. The amplifier can be customized to amplify signals from any analog ECG patient cable. The previously mentioned amplifiers can be combined for dedicated applications, such as the EXP-B setup, where the combination of a 2-channel EXP-HG and a 1-channel EXP-TH with a 1-channel EXP-ECG provides a convenient amplifier setup for in-vitro or in-vivo cardiovascular experiments. In terms of technical solutions, this amplifier goes beyond being a nine-channel multiplexed low-noise amplifier, it is a monophasic ECG amplifier equipped with an Einthoven bridge. Each channel includes a fixed 1 mV calibration signal for easy calibration to any DAQ system. With this electronics, a scientist can record ECG signals from an isolated heart in any DAQ system. Various factory-calibrated sensors are available for measurements on different subjects. The amplifier can be customized to amplify signals from any analog ECG patient cable or 9-lead sensor. EXP-ST square wave stimulators are produced in one-, two-, and four-channel designs. The devices share identical stimulus impulse and performance parameters. They are available with or without isolation from the electrical grid. A wide range of stimulation electrodes is available. The MCU controlling unit is integrated into the same rack with the one- or two-channel designs and supplied separately for the four-channel design.
