Classical Langendorff Type Heart Perfusion setup

MDE's first research instrument, a classical Langendorff system, remains relevant despite being over 40 years old. It's designed for retrograde perfusion of small rodent hearts and allows the use of one or two different buffer perfusions. Perfusion pressure is regulated by an inner glass tube, with buffer refill facilitated by a pump. The system includes taps for easy perfusion flow management, making it useful for teaching purposes. Despite its age, its versatility and precise regulation features continue to meet the needs of researchers.
